🤎 Attuned. Intentional. Transformative.
I hold space for the parts of you that have waited to be seen — and maybe even waited for the right therapeutic space to come forward.
This work reflects advanced training in psychotherapy and deep understanding of relational dynamics.
Since earning my MSW in 2006, I’ve supported clients through meaningful work around identity, trauma, attachment, and the quiet grief that can come from losing connection — to self, others, or the future they once envisioned.
I’ve trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I hold advanced specialization in trauma healing.
My approach — the Realign Method™ — is trauma-informed and attachment-focused, grounded in how early experiences shape our ability to trust ourselves, feel safe, and connect in meaningful ways.
Beyond credentials, what I bring to this work is presence, intuition, and care.
I believe the most lasting change happens not through technique alone, but through the safety of an authentic, attuned therapeutic relationship.
