Questions About Care & Coverage

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance or offer superbills?
I don’t bill insurance directly. However, if you have out-of-network benefits through a PPO plan, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Many clients find that paying privately allows for greater privacy, flexibility, and choice in their care — without the limitations of diagnosis requirements or session caps often imposed by insurance.
How often do we meet?
Most people begin with weekly sessions to build trust, maintain momentum, and support deeper work. Over time, we may shift to biweekly or another rhythm that fits your growth and capacity — giving space to integrate what you’re learning into daily life.
What does the therapy process look like?
Therapy is a collaborative and evolving process. Here’s a general rhythm many clients follow:
1. Get Oriented — We explore what brings you in, where you’re feeling stuck, and what you want to move toward.
2. Go Deeper — We identify patterns, explore emotional landscapes, and begin realigning with your inner clarity and truth.
3. Integrate — As your insight grows, we may space sessions out to support integration — with the option to return for deeper work as needed.
How long will I be in therapy?
That depends on your goals and what feels right for you. Some people come for a few months to focus on something specific. Others stay longer to work through deeper relational or identity patterns. We’ll regularly check in to make sure our work remains useful and aligned with your needs.
What if I need to cancel?
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. If something comes up within that window, you’re welcome to reschedule for another time that same week to avoid the cancellation fee.
If rescheduling isn’t possible, the full session fee will be charged — unless it’s an emergency. I understand that life happens, and I’ll always do my best to be flexible when I can.
What is the Realign Method™?
The Realign Method™ is a depth-oriented, relational approach I created to help clients reconnect with their emotional truth, intuition, and a grounded sense of self.
It’s not about surface-level solutions — it’s about meaningful internal shifts that support lasting transformation.
What is the Realign Intensive™?
The Realign Intensive™ is a 90-minute session (plus a 30-minute integration call) designed to create clarity, insight, and emotional movement around a specific concern, pattern, or transition. It’s ideal if you’re not ready to commit to ongoing therapy but want to work deeply with intention.
Can I do the Realign Intensive™ and then begin ongoing therapy?
Yes. If the session feels aligned and supportive, we can discuss what ongoing work might look like for you and whether it’s the right next step.
What’s the difference between ongoing therapy and the Realign Intensive™?
Both are rooted in the same depth-oriented, relational approach — but they serve different purposes.
Ongoing Therapy:
  • 50-minute or 90-minute weekly/biweekly sessions
  • Longer-term relational work and deeper transformation
  • Continual support as new layers arise
Realign Intensive™:
  • One-time 90-minute session with 30-minute integration
  • Designed for focused insight and emotional movement
  • Ideal for times of transition or when weekly therapy doesn’t fit
